Our Ageless Fitness 100 process involves a four-step process of an Interview, Evaluation, Program Strategy, and Program Progression.
Interview
We begin with a complimentary interview geared toward learning more about each other. This time is used to understand why you are interested in improving your Fitness & health and if the Ageless Fitness 100 Process is for you. We’ll take the time to determine if we are the right fit to help with your issues and goals.
Evaluation
The evaluation is used to determine what your current abilities and limitations are. To determine that will require us to evaluate your health & exercise history, body measurements, posture analysis, range of motion, and strength capabilities. This evaluation allows us to determine the safest and most effective exercises to use for your body structure. The goal is to determine where you are currently at in order to build a plan to lead us to where you want to get in a safe and progressive way.
Program Strategy
With the information gathered during the evaluation we have a better understanding of two things, 1) what you can do, and 2) what you can’t do. By knowing this we can create a client-defined Custom-Fit Exercise® program to address limitations and progress strengths. We feel it is important to educate you about your body in order to help you gain a better understanding of the value of a strong muscular system to help you achieve a healthy and pain free life.
Program Progression
The process of program progression is continuous! The ultimate goal is to live a healthy, active, & pain free life by improving and maintaining muscular strength for the rest of your life. This requires constantly making adjustments to exercise in an appropriate and safe manner in order to help you get the most out of your body.
Trainers & Program Designers

Robert Garza, Certified Personal Trainer
First, I truly LOVE what I do as a trainer/coach and have a passion to better the lives and fitness of all my clients or members of any institution that I work. I have been working in the fitness industry for 30 years now (yes, that’s not a typo). I have certified literally hundreds of personal trainers through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (1991-1997) as the Assistant Director of Biomechanics and with the Resistance Training Specialist (RTS1) course in which I am the New Zealand Director . I have managed and coached in fitness centers and CrossFit boxes in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Auckland, New Zealand. I owned my own successful 8,000 sq ft. personal training gym and athletic center in Chicago for over 10 years (1999-2010).
But, I mostly pride myself on what I have accomplished. That is, improving the lives of my clients by having them lose body fat, increase quality muscle, become more functional in daily life, rehab most all types of physical injuries, improve athletic and physiological capacities, and provide them a new outlook on life.
Specialty in Exercise Programming
I have created and designed hundreds of workout programs over the years for my clients. I have also developed 21-Day Challenges and 6-Week Challenges with great success. AdditionalIy, I also serve as the NZ Director for the RTS1 Certification Course presenting seminars and certifying personal trainers and fitness professionals throughout New Zealand.
