21-Day FitStart Programs

About: Our 21-Day Challenges are our kick-start programs for the beginner new to exercise or to get you back into working out after a long layoff. They are especially good for those stuck in a pandemic lockdown.

How to access your workouts: Workouts will be sent to you via the “free” WORKOUTS by Muscle & Motion app (see pic below). You just download the free app from the Apple Store or Play Store and we will send you your 21-Day Challenge workouts to your app via your email.

We have two categories: FitStart “BW” are for those that do not have any home equipment so these will be bodyweight-only exercises. The FitStart “Home Gym” can be tailored for you based on what equipment you have avaialbe to you.

After completing the 21-Day Challenge program you can opt to progress to our 6-Week Programs or Online Personal Training which is an 8-week program that can be ongoing if you wish.

21-Day FitStart ChallengeBW Edition (Bodyweight only)

Our 21-Day FitStart Bodyweight program offers three weekly workouts to kickstart your fitness journey. You’ll have 3 bodyweight workouts to complete – one each week – over the next three weeks.

These workouts are designed to improve your fitness capacity over three weeks. Week One consists of a PHA style circuit which means it alternates between upper and lower body. Week Two consists of a strength workout, and Week Three concludes with a cardio-resistance workout.

21-Day FitStart Challenge – Home Gym Edition
COST: $39.00

Our 21-Day FitStart “Home Gym” program offers three weekly workouts to kickstart your fitness journey. You’ll have 3 workouts to complete – one each week – over the next three weeks. These workouts will be with the use a conbination of your own bodyweight and whatever gym equipment you have at home. *You’ll just need to email us what equipment you’ll be using at your home.

These workouts are designed to improve your fitness capacity over the three weeks. Week one consists of a PHA style circuit which means it alternates between upper and lower body. Week two consists of a strength workout, and Week three concludes with a cardio-resistance workout.
