About: Our 6-Week Programs are workout routines for the beginner to seasoned exerciser. They can be used to train in your own home or in a commercial gym setting. They are especially good for those stuck in a pandemic lockdown.
How to access your workouts: Workouts will be sent to you via the “free” WORKOUTS by Muscle & Motion app (see pic below). You just download the free app from the Apple Store or Play Store and we will send you your 6 week workout program to your app via your email.

Fitness-Based Conditioning
What is “Fitness-Based” Conditioning? It’s working out with the purpose of getting stronger and fitter. These programs will offer exercises specific to building muscular strength, along with exercises that will be condition your body to increase it’s capacity to be able to perform over a length of time.
6-Week “Fitness Conditioning” (Bodyweight & Home Gym)
This six-week program offers 4 different fitness-based workouts to be completed each week. Each week will be a progressive challenge to help you improve your fitness capacity. Exercises will require the use of some home gym equipment – for example: single or multi-station resistance machine, dumbbells, resistance tubing, medicine ball, etc. You just provide us with the equipment you have at home and we will tailor your workouts using your own equipment.
Bodybuilding Basics
What is “Bodybuilding Basics?”
6-Week “Bodybuilding Basics” (BW, Home Gym or Commerical Gym)
This six-week program offers 4 different Muscle-Building workouts to be completed each week. Each week will be a progressive challenge to help you Build Muscle effectively. Exercises will require the use of some home gym equipment – for example: single or multi-station resistance machine, dumbbells, resistance tubing, medicine ball, etc. or, a use of a commercial gym. You just provide us with the equipment you have at home and we will tailor your workouts using your own equipment.
Fit Females Program
What is the “Fit Females” program about?
6-Week “Fit Females” (Bodyweight, Home Gym, or Commercial Gym)
This six-week program offers 4 different Muscle-Shaping workouts to be completed each week. Each week will be a progressive challenge to help you tighten, tone, and build asethetically pleasing muscles. Special focus will be programmed on specific areas like tummy, butt, and thighs. Exercises will require the use of some home gym equipment – for example: single or multi-station resistance machine, dumbbells, resistance tubing, medicine ball, etc. or, use of a commercial gym. You just provide us with the equipment you have at home and we will tailor your workouts using your own equipment.
