Personal Training & Nutritional Coaching


Pay by the minute with a 30 minute minimum.

e.g. $30 for 30 minutes, $45 for 45 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes.

Our fully equipped gym is located in the Auckland Northshore of Albany Heights. We will help you reach your fitness goals by tailor designing your workout program, and then train you in our gym. You choose how many days you wish to train with us in-person. We will also map our workouts for you to do on days you are not training with as. Also included with your program is nutritional coaching.


Payments are to be paid in 12-session packages upfront. Your evaluation will be session #1 as we use this time to ask important and relevant questions, assess your body structure and range of motion, and take you through a series of exercises.

Prices per session: Price per package (12 sessions):
30 minute session = $30.00 ($360.00 for package)
45 minute session = $45.00 ($540.00 for package)
60 minute session = $60.00 ($720.00 for package)

Online Personal Training & Nutritional Coaching

Cost: $80 per month

“Month-to-Month” Personalised Training

Personalised workouts designed just for you! Whether you’re training in your home or in a commercial gym setting we will program your workouts specifc to your goals, needs, abilities, and equipment available to you.

How to access your workouts: Workouts will be sent to you via the “free” WORKOUTS by Muscle & Motion app (see pic below). You just download the free app from the Apple Store or Play Store and we will send you your online workouts to your app via your email.

Here’s what our online personal training services include:

  • Initial Consultation call via Zoom or Skype
  • Training program specific to your goals*
  • Nutritional Coaching call via Zoom or Skype
  • Video Library of Exercises Free Access
  • Facebook Group, Ageless Fitness 100 Free Access
  • Email Support

*Training programs will be designed where you’ll have ongoing monthly workouts in a format where we will send you 4 workouts to complete in each week for 4 weeks each and every month.
